Responsibilities of Project Manager

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine thecspecifications of the project
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable
    agreements
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and
    materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases
    to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely
    handle inadequacies
  • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
  • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them
    guidance when needed
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report
    issues

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as construction project manager
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material
    and project management principles
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A team player with leadership abilities
  • BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field
  • PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage

Quality Engineer Job Description

We are looking for a quality engineer to monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs. The quality engineer’s responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. You will also work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.
A successful quality engineer should have excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to ensure that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.

Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

  •  Developing and implementing quality standards.
  •  Developing and implementing quality control systems.
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
  • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.

Estimation Engineer Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to project risk reviews and appropriate mitigation
  • Responsible for input to project budgets for current and future site needs
  • Understand and exceed customer needs and expectations
  • Be able to influence from a technical standpoint across the function and business and shape the digital product landscape
  • Will perform complex, varied job functions and activities within the Cost Estimation discipline
  • Will interact with lead cost engineers in the development of cost estimates for complex competed mission proposals, directed missions, instruments, and concept studies
  • Prepares material takeoffs on complex projects, drawings, and plans
  • Interact with design, manufacturing and tooling personnel on new and sustaining programs
  • Analyze sheet metal and monolithic designs to ascertain producibility
  • Utilize CAD tools such as CATIA V5/V6 to study/question detail models to provide manufacturability feedback

  • Can handle Income Tax Returns, GST Returns/Annual Returns, TDS Returns
  • Candidate who can do ROC related work like Incorporation of Companies, filing of various forms & other related work (will be added advantage)
  • Appear before the Income Tax or GST Authority / Department whenever required
  • Preparation of CMA Data or Projection for client for Loan purpose
  • Preparation of 15CA-CB Certificate and other professional certificates
  •  Have good command over Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite Applications (Mandatory)
  • Communicate with clients for solving their queries related to Accounts and Finance in day to day business
  • Who can handle the team and get updates for routine tasks
